Why Green Luxe Pods?

Miranda is a seasoned CPA and real estate professional with over two decades of experience. She has been an affordable housing advocate since 2008 and a sustainable building champion since obtaining her GREEN Real Estate Designation in 2009 and later her LEED Green Associate Designation in 2023.  After watching more and more affordable housing supply being torn down in her Arlington VA community in favor of multi-million dollar McMansions and the significant waste attributed to those builders, sitting on the sidelines was no longer an option. Thus Green Luxe Pods was born.

Design Philosophy

  • We thoughtfully elevate what enriches inhabitant mind, body, spirit, PURPOSE. The rest finds consolidation or elimination to reveal expansive space.
